4th of July Oreo Balls

Delicious and festive Oreo balls coated in white chocolate, perfect for celebrating Independence Day.

Ingredients
  

Oreo Mixture
  • 1 package Oreo cookies Crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened
Coating
  • 12 oz white chocolate Chopped or chips
  • 1 tbsp red sprinkles For decoration
  • 1 tbsp blue sprinkles For decoration

Method
 

Prepare Oreo Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
Form Balls
  1. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill
  1. Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Melt Chocolate
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Coat Oreo Balls
  1. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate using a fork, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  2. Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Decorate
  1. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle red and blue sprinkles on top for decoration.
Set
  1. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate for an additional 15 minutes.
