Ingredients
  

For the Teriyaki Salmon
  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil for cooking
For the Rice
  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice or any preferred rice
  • 4 cups Water
For the Avocado Layer
  • 2 ripe Avocados sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice to prevent browning
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks Green Onions sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Rice
  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice in a rice cooker with 4 cups of water according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Cook the Salmon
  1. Heat sesame oil in a grill or skillet over medium heat. Brush the salmon fillets with teriyaki sauce and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Assemble the Stack
  1. In a serving dish, layer the cooked rice, followed by the teriyaki salmon, and then the sliced avocados. Drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
Garnish and Serve
