Ingredients
  

Noodles
  • 8 oz spaghetti or rice noodles cooked according to package instructions
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup carrot julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Cooking Noodles
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Preparing Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey until well combined.
Stir-frying Vegetables
  1. Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil and stir-fry the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked noodles to the wok with the vegetables. Pour the sauce over and toss everything together until well coated and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
