Ingredients
  

Dressing Base
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice about 2 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional, for sweetness
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Combine Ingredients
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until well combined.
  2. Add honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper, and whisk until the dressing is emulsified.
Store
  1. Transfer the vinaigrette to a jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Shake well before serving.
