Ingredients
  

  • 4 organic bananas sliced
  • 3-4 cups fresh strawberries stem removed + sliced thin
  • 3 boxes vanilla instant pudding mix (1 oz. boxes)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
  • 2 cups VERY COLD filtered water or milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container Whipped Cream (8 oz.)
  • 1 cup Whipped cream optional
  • 2 boxes Nilla wafer Cookies (11 oz. each)
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup organic cane sugar
  • ½ lemon freshly-squeezed
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry preserves/jam
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Sliced fresh strawberries optional
  • Crushed Nilla Wafer cookies optional

Method
 

  1. Slice the bananas and strawberries.
  2. In a bowl, combine vanilla pudding mix, sweetened condensed milk, and VERY COLD filtered water or milk.
  3. Whisk in vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix water, organic cane sugar, lemon juice, and strawberry preserves/jam.
  6. Layer Nilla wafer cookies, banana slices, and strawberry slices in a dish.
  7. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the layered fruit and cookies.
  8. Repeat layering with remaining cookies, fruit, and pudding mixture.
  9. Top with additional whipped cream if desired and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
