Ingredients
  

Grapes
  • 2 cups seedless grapes washed and dried
Sour Sugar Coating
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons citric acid can adjust for more sourness

Method
 

Prepare the Grapes
  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the seedless grapes.
Make the Sour Sugar
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and citric acid. Mix well until fully combined.
Coat the Grapes
  1. Place the dried grapes in the bowl with the sour sugar and toss until they are evenly coated.
Freeze
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated grapes in a single layer. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
Serve
  1. Once frozen, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
