Ingredients
  

Crispy Fries
  • 4 medium potatoes Russet or Yukon Gold
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
Coleslaw
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Baked Beans
  • 2 cans canned baked beans 15 oz each
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

Method
 

Crispy Fries
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.
Coleslaw
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Baked Beans
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the canned baked beans, diced onion, brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup.
  3. Stir well and bake for 30 minutes until heated through.
