Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Crab legs king or snow crab
  • 1 lb Mussels cleaned
  • 1 lb Clams cleaned
Vegetables
  • 2 medium Potatoes cut into quarters
  • 2 ears Corn cut into halves
  • 1 medium Onion quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic smashed
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Seafood Boil
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and salt.
  2. Add the potatoes and corn to the boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Add the onion and garlic, then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and clams to the pot. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
  5. Drain the seafood and vegetables in a colander and transfer to a serving platter.
Prepare the Dipping Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
  2. Serve the dipping sauce alongside the seafood boil.
