Ingredients
  

Mixed Green Salad
  • 10 cups mixed greens such as arugula, spinach, and romaine
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup olive oil for dressing
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar for dressing
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Pasta Salad
  • 8 cups cooked pasta such as rotini or penne
  • 1 cup bell peppers diced
  • 1 cup black olives sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese cubed
  • 1 cup Italian dressing for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried
Fruit Salad
  • 4 cups mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 2 cups melon cubed
  • 2 cups grapes halved
  • 1 cup honey for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice for freshness

Method
 

Mixed Green Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Pasta Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, bell peppers, black olives, and mozzarella cheese.
  2. Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta mixture and sprinkle with oregano.
  3. Toss well to coat all ingredients with the dressing.
Fruit Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed berries, melon, and grapes.
  2. Drizzle honey and lime juice over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
