Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
Fruits
  • 12 large strawberries hulled and cored
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Method
 

Prepare Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Fill Strawberries
  1. Using a piping bag, fill each hulled strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
  2. Top each filled strawberry with a few blueberries.
Serve
  1. Arrange the filled strawberries on a serving platter and serve immediately.
