  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
Berries
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Prepare Cheesecake Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Assemble Salad
  1. In a serving dish, layer the cheesecake mixture and the mixed berries, starting with a layer of cheesecake, followed by a layer of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
