  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons water adjust for desired consistency

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  3. Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, whisking until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more soy sauce or honey to balance flavors.
