Potatoes
  • 4 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Toppings
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream for serving
  • 1 cup salsa for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes with cumin, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated with the spices.
Cooking
  1. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Serving
  1. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  2. Serve topped with fresh cilantro, sour cream, and salsa.
