Ingredients
  

Pasta and Vegetables
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup green bell pepper diced
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, celery seed, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, coleslaw mix, cherry tomatoes, and green bell pepper.
  2. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Chill and Serve
  1. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
