Ingredients
  

Lobster Tails
  • 4 pieces lobster tails thawed if frozen
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Lobster Tails
  1. Preheat the broiler on high.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center to expose the meat.
  3. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Stir in the chopped parsley.
Broil the Lobster Tails
  1. Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and brush generously with the garlic butter sauce.
  2. Broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly browned.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and drizzle with any remaining garlic butter sauce before serving.
