Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve
  1. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
