Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cook Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Chicken
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken pieces. Season with honey, black pepper, and salt. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat.
Make Cheese Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese. Pour the mixture into the skillet and heat over low until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Combine
  1. Add the cooked macaroni and chicken to the cheese sauce, stirring to combine. Add the remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well incorporated.
Serve
  1. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
