Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
For Serving
  • 1 lime Lime Wedges for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Extra Cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Prepare the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay out a large piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the foil and pour the marinade over the top, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Fold the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Carefully open the foil packet, being cautious of steam, and serve the salmon with lime wedges and extra cilantro for garnish.
