Ingredients
  

Corn
  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels or frozen, thawed
Honey Butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Honey Butter
  1. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and honey. Mix well until fully combined.
Cook the Corn
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the corn kernels and sauté for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  2. Pour the honey butter mixture over the corn, add salt and pepper, and stir well to coat the corn evenly.
  3. Continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is slightly caramelized.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
