Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper red or green
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped bell pepper, and chopped green onions.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until well combined. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
