Ingredients
  

Hibiscus Base
  • 2 cups water for brewing hibiscus tea
  • 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers for tea
  • 1 cup agave syrup to sweeten
Mocktail Mix
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice about 4-5 limes
  • 1 cup club soda for fizz
  • lime wedges for garnish
  • salt for rimming glasses optional

Method
 

Prepare Hibiscus Tea
  1. Boil water and steep dried hibiscus flowers for 10 minutes. Strain and let cool.
Mix Mocktail
  1. In a shaker, combine cooled hibiscus tea, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup. Shake well.
  2. Rim glasses with salt (if desired) and fill with ice.
  3. Strain the mixture into the prepared glasses and top with club soda.
  4. Garnish with lime wedges and serve immediately.
