Ingredients
  

Lamb Chops
  • 8 pieces Lamb chops Preferably rib or loin chops
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh rosemary Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh thyme Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 lemon Juice Freshly squeezed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let them come to room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  3. Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  4. Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
