Ingredients
  

Watermelon
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed Seedless watermelon is preferred.
Lime
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
Optional
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest For added flavor.

Method
 

Prepare Watermelon
  1. Cut the watermelon into small cubes and remove any seeds.
Mix Lime
  1. In a large bowl, combine the watermelon cubes with lime juice and lime zest (if using). Toss gently to coat.
Freeze
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the watermelon cubes in a single layer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serve
  1. Once frozen, transfer the watermelon cubes to a resealable bag or container. Serve as a refreshing snack or dessert.
