- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
- Shape the mixture into one-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually add beef broth while whisking until thickened. Stir in cream and season as desired.
- Serve meatballs drizzled with sauce.
