Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into one-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually add beef broth while whisking until thickened. Stir in cream and season as desired.
  6. Serve meatballs drizzled with sauce.
