- Add the strawberries to a high-speed blender along with the milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until finely blended.
- In a large bowl, add the oats and chia seeds, mix well, then pour in the strawberry milk. Add the chopped strawberries and stir until combined. Let sit for at least 5 minutes to absorb some liquid.
- Transfer the oatmeal to jars or containers and store in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. They can be enjoyed cold or warm, and leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
