  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili powder
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Marinate the boneless chicken in buttermilk, salt, red chili powder, garlic powder, dry coriander powder, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and lemon juice. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, then shred it.
  3. Prepare the cheese sauce by melting butter in a saucepan, adding flour to form a roux, then gradually whisking in milk until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in the grated cheddar cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, salt, and red chili powder into the cheese sauce until melted and smooth.
  5. Serve cooked french fries topped with shredded chicken and creamy cheese sauce. Garnish with sliced bell pepper if desired.
