Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Rustic Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Vik’s Garlic Fix! Spice Blend
  • 12 ea Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 8 slices Genoa salami
  • 8 slices Capicola ham
  • 10 slices sandwich pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Herb Spice Blend
  • 2 cups finely shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 cup thinly shaved red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced pitted olives optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a small bowl and mix in the Rustic Ranch Seasoning and Vik’s Garlic Fix! Spice Blend.
  3. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise and red wine vinegar on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Layer the provolone cheese, Genoa salami, Capicola ham, sandwich pepperoni, iceberg lettuce, red onion, roasted red pepper, and pepperoncini peppers on top of the rolls.
  6. Add the sliced olives if desired.
  7. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwich fillings and brush the melted butter mixture over the top.
  8. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 18 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  10. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
