Method
Prepare the Salmon
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and then press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet.
Bake the Salmon
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
Make the Lemon Dill Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt until smooth.
Serve
- Serve the crispy salmon fillets with the lemon dill sauce drizzled on top or on the side.
