Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon skinless
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
For the Lemon Dill Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and then press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
Make the Lemon Dill Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt until smooth.
Serve
  1. Serve the crispy salmon fillets with the lemon dill sauce drizzled on top or on the side.
