Ingredients
  

Corn Ribs
  • 4 ears corn Husked and cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper To taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut each ear of corn in half lengthwise, then cut each half into quarters to create rib-like pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the corn ribs with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Bake the Corn Ribs
  1. Arrange the corn ribs in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
