  • 1 cup Corn Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Tortillas For tacos or wraps
Dessert
  • 2 cups Churros Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Chocolate Sauce For dipping
Drinks
  • 2 cups Margarita Mix Ready to use
  • 1 cup Tequila For margaritas

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the guacamole and salsa by mixing the ingredients in separate bowls.
  2. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then slice them.
  3. Cook the Mexican rice according to package instructions.
  4. Heat the black beans and corn in a saucepan until warm.
Serving
