Prepare the Chocolate Mousse

- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.
Prepare the Strawberry Topping
- In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries with granulated sugar. Let sit for about 10 minutes to macerate.
Assemble the Dessert Cups
- Spoon the chocolate mousse into serving cups, filling them about halfway.
- Top the mousse with the macerated strawberries.
- Finish with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
