  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk any type of milk
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate melted
Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream optional
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate shavings for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh berries for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Mousse
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and milk.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the melted dark chocolate until fully incorporated.
  4. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Serve
  1. Top each mousse with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh berries before serving.
