  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 ounces frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 7 ounces canned artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.

  5. Roll the pastry tightly to form a log shape.
