Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 pound salmon fillet cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking the Seafood
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the salmon pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside with the shrimp.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and let simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combining and Serving
  1. Return the shrimp and salmon to the skillet with the sauce. Stir to coat and heat through for 2 minutes.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
