Blueberry Yogurt Bites

Delicious and healthy frozen yogurt bites made with fresh blueberries and creamy yogurt, perfect for a refreshing snack.

Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Plain or vanilla flavored
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Adjust sweetness to taste
Blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries Rinsed and dried

Method
 

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey. Stir until well mixed.
Fill the Molds
  1. Spoon the yogurt mixture into the silicone mold, filling each cavity halfway.
  2. Add a few blueberries into each mold, then top with more yogurt mixture until full.
Freeze
  1. Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until completely frozen.
Serve
  1. Once frozen, gently remove the yogurt bites from the molds and serve immediately.
