Method
Prepare the Corn
- Husk the corn and remove all silk. Cut each ear of corn into quarters lengthwise to create 'ribs'.
Season the Corn Ribs
- In a bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the corn ribs.
Grill the Corn Ribs
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the corn ribs on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
Add BBQ Sauce
- Brush the BBQ sauce over the corn ribs during the last 5 minutes of grilling, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
Serve
- Remove from the grill and serve hot, garnished with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
