Ingredients

Corn Ribs
  • 4 ears corn husked and cleaned
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite variety
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method

Prepare the Corn
  1. Husk the corn and remove all silk. Cut each ear of corn into quarters lengthwise to create 'ribs'.
Season the Corn Ribs
  1. In a bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the corn ribs.
Grill the Corn Ribs
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the corn ribs on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
Add BBQ Sauce
  1. Brush the BBQ sauce over the corn ribs during the last 5 minutes of grilling, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
Serve
  1. Remove from the grill and serve hot, garnished with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
