  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil toasted for more flavor
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired.
  3. Transfer the dressing to a jar and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
