Ingredients
  

Base Layer
  • 1 can refried beans preferably vegetarian
  • 1 cup sour cream can substitute with Greek yogurt
Guacamole Layer
  • 2 ripe avocados mashed
  • 1 small lime juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives optional
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions for garnish

Method
 

Layering the Dip
  1. Spread the refried beans evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
  2. Layer the sour cream over the beans.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mashed avocados with lime juice and salt, then spread over the sour cream.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the guacamole layer.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  6. Top with shredded lettuce, black olives, and green onions.
